If you receive a payment from the Department of Social Protection (DSP), such as a pension, child benefit, or household benefit, you must notify the department of your new bank account information to guarantee that your payment is not interrupted.
Before closing your Ulster Bank / KBC Bank account, please check that you have received your DSP payment to your new bank account.
