India sealed their spot with dominant wins throughout the Super 4 stage, while Pakistan battled past Bangladesh by 11 runs in a tense clash on Thursday. Pakistan’s bowlers rescued them in what was effectively a semi-final in Dubai.
India have remained unbeaten in the tournament, brushing aside Pakistan in their earlier Super 4 clash. Pakistan, however, recovered with wins over Sri Lanka and Bangladesh to book their place.
Final Showdown in Dubai
The much-anticipated India vs Pakistan final is set for Sunday, 28 September, at Dubai International Stadium, with both teams aiming to script a fresh chapter.
