London: Britain is ready to hand over military equipment by declaring its strong support for Israel. British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak instructed the Navy to deploy warships in the Eastern Mediterranean.
As part of this, the Royal Navy Task Group will be deployed in the Eastern Mediterranean by next week. Apart from warships, surveillance aircraft will also be present in the region to strengthen air surveillance. Britain is handing over P8 fighter jets to Israel. Royal Navy ships RFA Lyme Bay, RFA Aarhus, and three Merlin helicopters will also be deployed along Israel’s borders.
Rishi Sunak said that he will do whatever it takes to prevent the horrors we have seen in Israel so far. Hamas has shown why the UK should support Israel with its terrorist attacks in recent days. It will support all efforts to ensure regional stability and prevent infiltration attempts. Rishi Sunak stated that he will participate in international efforts to provide humanitarian aid to thousands of innocent victims of Hamas attacks.
Israel has warned Hamas that it will eliminate every last person in Gaza in the coming hours.
The Israel Defence Forces, which have already bombed the main centres of Hamas militants, have warned that all 1.2 million people there should evacuate.
