The living environment of Ireland will feel a change as the Fitzwilliam Square opens in March, 2018. In order to create the feel of New York City living in Ireland’s capital city, node Dublin is all set to welcome their guest.
Node Dublin is a thoughtfully designed community living space in Ireland. The residence consists of two- and three-bedroom interior fully furnished apartments with all the households including fridges and smart home devices. The node also provides high speed WiFi and brand-new utilities.
Node aims to provide a place, a residence, a home where you can move in with just a bag of your belongings. The rest of the things like the households and the furniture will be ready waiting for you in the node itself.
These residences are designed and executed with a mission to provide a higher quality share-living experience to the entrepreneurs, professionals, etc.
Node has already marked its presence in some of the most vibrant cities across the world including Brooklyn, New York and London.
Other than Dublin node is planning to open four properties in Lose Angels and New York in 2018, followed by Seattle and Toronto.
Node features a communal lounge and outstanding rooftop space, with the designs of a traditional Irish pub or library. The Fitzwilliam square will be a perfect place for the residence to work from home or to socialize together.
The idea of ‘co-living’ is that a place where residents live in their own private spaces like apartments, but the social or community life is shared through common areas where they happen to connect each other.
This concept could bring a diverse group of creative, local and global minded people together.
Nodes also provides Community Curators, who will help to facilitate that process by meeting prospective residents, helping to find a suitable roommate and connecting them with other residents in the local and global node network.
Rent ranges between €1,200 and €1,500 a month per bedroom, depending on the space of your residential area; that is whether it is a two bedroom or three-bedroom apartment. As a minimum requirement the residents need to sign a lease agreement of six months and rent including bills and others.
