Dublin: ControlSoft Automation Systems, based in Dundalk, is establishing a new software and mechanical engineering hub in east Belfast, creating 27 skilled jobs over the next three years. The roles span mechanical, electrical, software, and automation engineering, with seven positions reserved for graduates.
The company delivers turnkey process control and energy management solutions across industries such as data centres, marine, food, pharma, and semiconductors. The new hub will support its ambitious plans to quadruple staff and revenue within five years.
Economy Minister Dr. Caoimhe Archibald welcomed the announcement, noting the average salary of £51,000 and the importance of growing Northern Ireland’s software sector.
The investment was supported by Invest Northern Ireland, which provided funding and facilitated key stakeholder introductions. The hub will also strengthen ControlSoft’s presence in Great Britain’s high-tech markets, according to MD Dermot Carragher.
