Finance Minister Michael McGrath has confirmed that financial aid will be accessible through a program administered by the Red Cross, with the support becoming available “from next week.” The initial phase of aid will offer 5,000 euros, with the potential for additional assistance of up to 20,000 euros depending on the extent of the damage.
