London: The England cricket team tours to Pakistan after 16 years.
England will play in the Twenty20 series in Pakistan in October 2021. The series will consists of two matches.
The competition will be held on October 14 and 15 in Karachi. The series is being held ahead of the 2021 Twenty20 World Cup in India.
In January 2021, Pakistan invited England to tour. But the date was changed as the top players could not play. Australia may also visit Pakistan after this tour.
England last visited Pakistan in 2005. The team, led by Michael Vaughan, played three Tests and five ODIs that day.
Later, after the terrorist attack on the Sri Lankan players in 2009, other countries did not visit Pakistan to play for years.
