In a search operation related to the ongoing investigation into the sale and supply controlled drugs in the Dublin 1, Gardaí seized firearms, €30,000 in cash and drugs worth an estimated €94,000.
The search at a house on Gardiner Street happened on Monday and the raid followed the arrest of a man in his 40s.
Around 4kg of suspected cannabis herb and suspected Alprazolam tablets were found along with the cash and the guns.
The man was found to be keeping cocaine, Alprazolam drug and certain amount of cash, the arrest was recorded in the Frederick Court, Dublin 1 and is due in court on Wednesday.
A woman was also arrested during the search, but reports says that the woman was later released without any charges.
Gardaí will soon prepare a file for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
