Qualified social workers are emphasized due to the sustained demand for their services in addressing complex care needs across Ireland. Newly qualified accountants are also featured as organizations aim to enhance financial systems.
Given the continuous growth of construction and projects in Ireland, multi-skilled maintenance engineers and engineering project managers are considered essential roles for organisations and are included in the top 10.
