India beat Nepal 2-0 to enter semi finals

India advanced to the SAFF Championship semi-finals after defeating Nepal 2-0 in their second group match. In their last match, India defeated Pakistan 4-0, with Chhetri scoring a hat-trick. India claimed a semi-final ticket from Group A with six points from two victories, joining Kuwait, which also gained six points by defeating Pakistan 4-0 earlier in the day. The group winner will be determined by the final group match on June 27 between India and Kuwait.
