Los Angeles: RRR shone on the Oscar stage with the song Natu Natu from RRR. India has received two Oscar nominations. The Elephant Whisperers won in the Best Documentary Short Film category, and Nattunattu won in the Original Song category. This was a remarkable song in the RRR movie.
MM Keeravani is the music director for the song. The lyrics were penned by Chandra Bose. ‘Natu Natu’ was sung by Kalabhairava and Rahul Sipligunj.
The Elephant Whisperers, directed by Ooty native Karthiki Gonsalves, also made India proud on the Oscar stage. The 41-minute-long film won the award in the Best Documentary Short Film category.
