Ireland: Three Egyptians claim gang attacked them demanding they move out of apartment

Dublin: High Court intervention in cases of citation teams used to evict tenants. The house owner and others were ordered by the court not to enter the house. After reviewing the video footage of the group of people attacking the house owner, Justice Brian O’ moore took action.

The five-person group arrives at the tenant’s apartment with chairs and other items shown in the video. When the assailants ask when you are going to leave the house, you can see them beating  with handcuffs.

The Egyptians Mostafa Elsayed Morshedy Elsayed Faraag, Gomaa Rashed Ahmed Arafa and Hussein Mohamed Hussein Mahmoud, who live in Dublin, presented video footage of the violence as evidence to the High Court. As a result, the High Court issued a temporary injunction against the owner of the apartment, Mr. Xia Ping He, and his associates.

Tyrconnell Road, Inchicore, Dublin 8, is where the apartment is located. The three had been renting there for over a year. The trio stated that they had signed a rental agreement with a firm. They did, however, state in court that they are unsure whether the organisation is the owner of the building.

Moved into an apartment above a take-away restaurant on Tyrconnell Road in October 2021. The agreement was for a year. The trio claimed that the contract had an option to roll over. There was also a provision requiring 30 days’ notice before eviction. They informed the court that it had not been followed.

Tony was in charge of the eviction. It’s unclear if he’s the landlord’s agent. The complainants, on the other hand, told the court that they knew each other. The landlord and others were then barred from entering the apartment by Justice Brian O’Moore.

The incident occurred on the night of December 13. They claim, however, that no notice was given and that they are afraid of being attacked again. The court is expected to hear the case again this month.
