“LotusWorks, Sligo-Based Engineering Firm, Sets Ambitious Growth Goals with Global Hiring Plan for 100 New Staff”

LotusWorks, the Sligo-based engineering services company, is set to undergo substantial expansion in both revenue and operations in the coming months. In pursuit of this growth strategy, the company plans to hire 100 additional staff on a global scale over the next 18 months.

Having nearly doubled its employee count since 2018, LotusWorks currently boasts a workforce of 648 individuals, up from 355 in 2018. The management team attributes the company’s success and expansion to its dedicated employees. Founded in 1989, LotusWorks underwent a management buyout (MBO) in 2018.

Gerard Sproule, company director, highlighted the collaborative efforts of the ambitious management team, stating, “In 2018, when we took over the business, we created a comprehensive growth plan with our ambitious, talented management team who are growth-focused.”

In a fiercely competitive market, LotusWorks prides itself on longstanding client relationships, high talent retention rates, and the substantial growth driven by the team’s expertise. The company has capitalised on the increasing demand for its services, particularly in the semiconductor sector, where it collaborates with major players to commission FAB facilities for chip production. The surge in chip manufacturing demand and contributions from sectors like pharmaceuticals have been key drivers of LotusWorks’ global expansion.

The forthcoming positions will cover various domains, including engineering, operations management, finance, and data analytics. https://lotusworks.com/en-ie/careers/
