Having nearly doubled its employee count since 2018, LotusWorks currently boasts a workforce of 648 individuals, up from 355 in 2018. The management team attributes the company’s success and expansion to its dedicated employees. Founded in 1989, LotusWorks underwent a management buyout (MBO) in 2018.
Gerard Sproule, company director, highlighted the collaborative efforts of the ambitious management team, stating, “In 2018, when we took over the business, we created a comprehensive growth plan with our ambitious, talented management team who are growth-focused.”
