The eastern half of the country will remain largely dry with clear spells through the day and into the night, while the west will be cloudier with a chance of morning rain. Overnight temperatures will fall to between 6°C and 9°C, with light to moderate southeasterly winds.
Tuesday
Tuesday will begin with a mix of sunshine and cloud, particularly in the east. Rain is expected to move in from the south, with the potential for heavy showers and isolated thunderstorms at times. Conditions are likely to improve by evening. Daytime highs will range from 13°C to 16°C, accompanied by moderate southeasterly winds. Light rain may persist in some areas during the afternoon.
Tuesday night will be mostly cloudy with some clear intervals, remaining largely dry. Temperatures will drop to between 6°C and 10°C.
Wednesday
A mix of cloud and sunshine is expected on Wednesday morning, along with isolated showers. Cloud cover will increase from the west during the afternoon, with more persistent rain developing overnight, particularly across the northwestern and eastern regions. Temperatures will reach between 11°C and 15°C, with light to moderate southwesterly winds.
Thursday
Rain will gradually clear from the east on Thursday morning, followed by a mix of sunshine and scattered showers. Heavier rain and possible thunderstorms are forecast for the afternoon, easing into more isolated showers by evening. Daytime temperatures will range between 9°C and 11°C, with northwesterly winds developing later in the day.
