After the phenomenal success of Ponniyin Selvan 1, the Cholas are back for the sequel. With the stakes higher than ever, the team promises a lot for Ponniyin Selvan 2, which will be released on April 28. Mani Ratnam’s A-list cast is now touring the country to promote PS: 2.
‘Ponniyin Selvan-2’ is based on Kalki Krisnamurthy’s Tamil classic “Ponniyin Selvan.” The plot centres around the early life of prince Arulmozhi Varman, who later became Rajaraja Chola I. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Trisha, Jayam Ravi, and Sobhita Dhulipala are starring in the film.
