On Saturday afternoon, the creators of Heeramandi shared the first look from the project on social media.
Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s new movie, Heeramandi, will be available on Netflix. Manisha Koirala, Sonakshi Sinha, Aditi Rao Hydari, Richa Chadha, Sharmin Segal, and Sanjeeda Shaikh are among the cast members of Heeramandi. The teaser shows all of the actresses dressed in yellow gowns, staring at the camera as the words “Sanjay Leela Bhansali invites you to the world where courtesans were queens” flash on screen. Heeramandi will tell the narrative of Lahore’s courtesans and dig into the lesser-known aspects of their existence. It will take place in pre-independence India.
