Woman taken to hospital after receiving a number of stabs on her body

A woman in her mid-30s was rushed to hospital after being stabbed in Dublin on December 2.

The woman was taken to St Vincent’s Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries after she received a number of stabs on to her body.

Stepaside Gardaí were called to attend the scene around 1.30pm at Levmoss Park, The Gallops, Leopardstown. Investigations are still on going.

A man, aged in his 40s was arrested at the scene. Later he was taken to the Dundrum Garda Station and currently he is being detained there under section four of the Criminal Justice Act 1984.
