Dublin: Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has been recognised as a Top Employer in Ireland for 2026 by the Top Employers Institute, highlighting the company’s strong commitment to workplace excellence and employee development.
The certification follows an extensive HR Best Practices Survey assessing areas such as diversity and inclusion, people strategy, talent acquisition, work environment, wellbeing and learning. TCS also received the Enterprise-Wide Top Employer Certification and was named a Global Top Employer.
TCS employs around 1,100 people in Ireland, with more than 900 based at its Global Delivery Centre in Letterkenny, Co. Donegal. Over the past year, staff in Ireland and the UK completed nearly 170,000 hours of training focused on artificial intelligence and data skills.
TCS Ireland Country Head Deepak Chaudhari said the recognition reflects the company’s continued investment in its workforce, while HR Head Leeanne Patterson noted that the firm remains focused on expanding career opportunities and supporting employee development across its Irish operations.
