Dublin: Thousands of Christians took to the streets of Dublin to participate in the March for Jesus, a public celebration of faith marked by prayers, music and community fellowship.
The procession travelled from Parnell Square to Merrion Square, where participants gathered for music, worship and community prayer.
Organisers said the participation of church members from different parts of Ireland demonstrated the unity and diversity of the Christian community.
The event brought together people from a range of Christian denominations, with organisers highlighting its ecumenical character. They said the march provided an opportunity for Christians to come together in their shared faith in Jesus Christ despite differences in church traditions.
