Dublin: Little Pyg, located in Dublin’s Powerscourt Townhouse Centre, has been crowned Ireland’s best pizzeria for the third consecutive year and ranked 16th in Europe at the prestigious 50 Top Pizza Europa Awards held in Madrid. The accolade, awarded by the renowned food guide 50 Top Pizza, celebrates excellence in dough quality, innovation, ingredients, and service.
The only Irish entry on the list, Little Pyg, rose from 27th place last year and now qualifies to represent Ireland at the World Pizza Championships in Naples this September. Head chef Federico Rapali credited the recognition to the team’s passion and dedication, while owner Paul McGlade Jnr praised the achievement as a testament to their continued pursuit of excellence.
