Fatima Bosch of Mexico has been crowned Miss Universe 2025, securing her country’s fourth title at the 74th edition of the global pageant in Thailand. The 25-year-old designer and model triumphed despite a foot injury and recent controversy, delivering a poised and powerful performance.
Bosch, from Santiago de Teapa in Tabasco, is the first woman from her state to win both Miss Universe Mexico and the international crown. A fashion design graduate from Universidad Iberoamericana, she also trained in Milan’s Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti and the Lyndon Institute in Vermont.
She has spoken openly about living with dyslexia and ADHD, using her platform to advocate for neurodiversity. Her journey through Flor Tabasco, Miss Universe Tabasco, and Miss Mexico ultimately led to her global win, placing her alongside past Mexican champions including Lupita Jones, Ximena Navarrete, and Andrea Meza.
