Dublin: Irish-owned planning and environmental consultancy MKO has unveiled plans to increase its workforce to more than 300 employees within three years as part of a major growth strategy.
Founded in 2008, with offices in Dublin and Galway, the firm supports complex planning and environmental projects across multiple sectors. The expansion will help drive projects focused on decarbonisation, housing delivery, and critical infrastructure.
MKO will immediately begin hiring across its planning, environmental, and ecology divisions, with roles available for both graduates and experienced professionals in areas such as planning, environmental science, ecology, and hydrology.
Managing Director Brian Keville said the additional 75 professionals will strengthen MKO’s capacity to meet rising demand. Minister for Enterprise, Tourism and Employment Peter Burke, TD, welcomed the announcement, highlighting MKO’s role in advancing sustainable development and congratulating the company on its continued growth.
