Galway Indians Indoor Premier League Champions “Galway Titans”

Galway: Tuam Tigers take an active part in the inaugural indoor cricket tournament hosted by Galway Indians Cricket Club at St. Mary’s College indoor courts.
Eighteen teams from various regions of Ireland competed in the two-day cricket match, which drew a large crowd of cricket fans as the “Galway Titans” defeated the Cricket Club in the final to become champions.
Targeting a score of 119 in six overs set by the Titans in an exciting final, the Tuam Tigers managed to score 106 runs in reply.

As the biggest cash award ever given in a softball tournament, the winners received 1000 euros and an ever-rolling trophy. The runners-up received a cash prize of 500 euros and a trophy, and the Titans’ “Vishal” was named the best player.

The main sponsors of the tournament, Asialand Galway and Curry and Spice Galway Management, distributed the prizes to the winners.
