Chelsea beat Manchester City 1-0 to win their second Champions League title

Chelsea won the Champions League for the second time, defeating Manchester City 1-0. The final between the two English clubs was shifted from Istanbul, Turkey to Porto, Portugal owing to COVID-19.

German footballer Kai Havertz scored the only goal in the first half to seal the victory over Manchester City, who were looking for their first-ever win in the UEFA Champions League.

The final was a feast for the fans, as both teams fought for their first goal throughout the first half. Chelsea deserved the victory with a good attack in the first half and a strong defense in the second.

Despite City’s dominance in ball possession and passing, Chelsea outperformed them in both attack and defense. French footballer N’Golo Kanté put up a show worthy of a Man of the Match performance, with leading Chelsea’ midfield brilliantly.
