The Prime Minister’s directives to prepare for Irish elections

Dublin: As the Prime Minister prepares to take office, Fianna fail leader Micheal Martin has called for the start of preparations for the 2024 general election. Martin was speaking at a party dinner attended by over a thousand people. The Prime Minister stated that campaigning will be more extensive than in the past and that election conventions will begin immediately.

Local elections in 2024 should be planned now. He stated that a new strategy for canvassing and campaigning would be implemented. The daily interaction between party members and the constant interaction with the public is the party’s lifeblood. Politics should be viewed as a means of serving the people. The emphasis should be on dealing with society’s complex issues. Martin recalled.

He went on to say that one of the key messages earlier this month was for party members to go door-to-door. We haven’t been able to go there for two years, so we need to build strong relationships with the homes.
