Granby Row Fire Brought Under Control; Three Hospitalised, Investigation Underway
Dublin: Emergency services responded to a fire on the third floor of a four-storey building on Granby Row, Dublin 1, early Tuesday morning. Dublin Fire Brigade received the call at 8:13am and dispatched six fire engines, including a turntable ladder and emergency tender.
Seven individuals were treated at the scene, with three transported to hospital. Firefighters used breathing apparatus to tackle the blaze, which is now under control. Two fire engines and a district officer remain at the scene as operations continue.
Gardaí have closed the area, with diversions in place. The scene is preserved for investigation, which is currently ongoing.
