Kia unveiled their sub-compact SUV

The Korean car manufactures Kia reveals their sub-compact SUV on Friday. The SUV is all ready to lock horns against models like Mahindra XUV300, Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza and Hyundai Venue. The Sonet is the third product offering from Kia since the company made its Indian Debut in August 2019.

Kia Sonet will be available with a diesel engine option and two petrol engine options. The refined Smart stream 1.2 and the performance oriented 1. Litter turbo GDi are the two-variable available in the petrol version of Kia Sonet.

Regarding the speed options customers have the freedom to choose a 5-speed manual, a 6-speed manual, a 6-speed automatic, and a 7-speed DCT.

The safety feature of Sonet includes six air bags, ABS with EBD, parking sensors in front and back portions, Tyre Pressure Monitoring System, auto head lights, etc.

Sonet will be available in both GT line and Tec Line. The GT Line brings in a sporty appeal to the car on the outside as well as in the cabin.

Kia showcased this sub-compact SUV in concept form at Auto Expo 2020 and they are planning to launch the car around the festive period.
