Uniform for all nurses under the NHS in Britain

London: A uniform for all NHS nurses in the United Kingdom is being considered. The NHS has given instructions to the related organisations to design a new design. The NHS trusts are making local decisions about uniforms. It was found that this often confused the patients. It is believed that this problem will be solved with the arrival of uniforms.

Since last year, all NHS employees have been considering wearing a uniform. ‘Smart Scrub’ has emerged as the preferred look.

Nursing staff in Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland have worn the standard national uniform for many years. The new proposal will see the same uniform for all categories of nurses. Band 5 community staff nurses working in Liverpool and Band 5 ward staff nurses in Plymouth will have the same uniform.
