Duration of post-study work visas for Indian students in France has been extended to 5 years
Paris: The duration of the post-study work visa for Indian students pursuing postgraduate studies in France has been extended to five years. Previously, Indian students in France were granted two-year post-study work visas. Prime Minister Narendra Modi made the announcement while speaking to the Indian community at La Seine Musicale in Paris.
For international students, the host country issues a Post Study Work Visa (PSW). It is also known as the Graduate Route in some countries. A Post Study Work Visa allows students to complete their studies and stay there for a few years to find work opportunities.
