Fenergo Announces 300 New Jobs in Dublin as Part of €100m Global Expansion

Dublin: Dublin-based financial software firm Fenergo has announced the creation of 300 new jobs at its new RD&I Centre of Excellence, part of a €100 million investment in research, development and innovation. The move will double its Irish workforce, with global hiring plans expected to reach 500 new roles over the next three years to support rising demand for its AI-powered financial crime solutions.

Backed by Enterprise Ireland, Fenergo’s expansion will focus on developing its FinCrime Operating System, targeting areas such as client lifecycle management, anti-money laundering (AML), and know your customer (KYC) compliance.

Roles will span mid-level engineering, R&D, and a new graduate programme. CEO Marc Murphy cited Ireland’s strong talent pool and strategic innovation support as key to the company’s growth.

Enterprise Ireland and government representatives praised the announcement as a significant boost to Ireland’s tech and fintech sectors, reinforcing the country’s status as a leading European technology hub.
