India skipper Virat Kohli retained his No. 1 spot in ODI Batting Rankings

Indian captain Virat Kohli has retained the number one spot in the latest ICC Men’s ODI Batting Rankings.

Kohli retained the top spot with 870 points with two half-centuries in the ODI series against Australia. Rohit Sharma, who missed the series due to injury, is second with 842 points. Babar Azam (837), Ross Taylor (818) and Aaron Finch (791) are in the next spots. Apart from Kohli and Rohit, there are no other Indians in the top 10 list.

Meanwhile, all-rounder Hardik Pandya has been named in the top 50 for the first time in his career with a stellar performance in the ODI series against Australia. Hardik is 49th with 553 points.

New Zealand’s Trent Boult tops the bowlers’ rankings with 722 points. Mujeeb Rahman of Afghanistan is second with 701 points, while Jasprit Bumrah is third with 700 points.
