“Granite Digital Expands Team and Targets Substantial Growth Following Gold Partnership with Kentico”
Irish digital agency Granite Digital is set to enlarge its workforce by the end of 2024, spurred by a newfound gold partnership with web content management provider Kentico. The collaboration aims to bolster Granite Digital’s service offerings, attracting a broader clientele across Ireland, Europe, and the US, particularly in response to heightened demand from e-commerce platforms.
In line with its growth strategy, Granite Digital plans to create new positions within its software engineering, data science, DevOps, and technology consulting teams. These roles will be distributed across the company’s offices in Cork, Dublin, and Galway. The expansion aligns with Granite Digital’s anticipation of generating an additional €1.2 million in revenue over the next 12 months through its Kentico partnership, propelling its annual revenues to over €15 million.
Granite Digital highlights Kentico’s digital experience platform as a pivotal tool that enables faster delivery of superior customer experiences across multiple channels. The COO and co-founder of Granite Digital, Robert Carpenter, emphasised the company’s commitment to scaling businesses through transformative digital solutions and anticipates substantial growth with this strategic partnership.
Founded in Cork in 2008, Granite Digital has undergone a noteworthy acquisition spree, having acquired 14 businesses to date. The latest acquisition was Continuum in November, adding over 100 clients globally. Earlier in the year, Granite Digital acquired Willows Consulting and Armour, further expanding its portfolio and client base. Deloitte recognised the company as one of Ireland’s fastest-growing tech firms for four consecutive years.
Kentico CEO Dominik Pintér commended Granite Digital as a “truly deserving gold partner,” citing their decade-long collaboration and Granite Digital’s impressive track record in delivering innovative digital solutions for major clients, including educational institutions and government agencies in Ireland.
