Dublin: A status yellow rain warning has been issued for Mayo, Cork, Galway, Kerry, Limerick, and Clare for today. The warning for Kerry and Cork is in effect from 3:00pm today until 1:00pm Friday, while for the remaining counties, it runs from 3:00pm Thursday until 3:00am Friday. Met Éireann forecasts heavy, persistent rain that may cause localised flooding and hazardous driving conditions. Rain will spread eastward throughout the afternoon and evening, with temperatures ranging from 13 to 16 degrees and gusty winds shifting from southerly to northerly in the west later.
