Claire Polosak to make history as the first woman to officiate in a men’s Test match

SYDNEY: Australia’s Claire Polosack becomes the first woman to make umpire in men’s Test cricket. Claire Polosack will be the fourth umpire in the third Test between Australia and India, which started at the SCG on Thursday.

Earlier, Ms. Polosak set the record for the first woman to officiate an international men’s competition. Claire was the field umpire for the match between Oman and Namibia in the final of the ICC Division 2 World Cricket League.
