Domino’s Pizza says it will employ 715 people

DUBLIN: Domino’s Pizza has announced it will employ 715 people across the country in new management positions, team members and contract drivers. Around 2,000 employees and contract staff have already been employed at Domino’s 85 Irish stores.

Domino’s Pizza Group CEO, Dominic Paul said the company is preparing for the opportunity for hundreds of people to become staff members. Mr. Paul said this will help ensure that local communities are safely served during a busy festival season.

The company has introduced measures like contact free delivery and collection.

The CEO said all workers have been trained in Domino’s strict food safety and hygiene procedures.

Perspex screens are installed in all stores. The number of people allowed in the customer area will be limited. Domino’s said face masks will be mandatory at the store for all its staff and customers.
