Irish company is set to provide fast charger to Apple

DUBLIN: Indications that Apple may release smaller and faster chargers. It is reported that Apple is making a smaller version of the USB-C wall charger.

Navitas Semiconductor, an Irish-based company, is hoping to receive an order soon from Apple for high-speed charging technology.

The Dublin-based company is one of the world’s three fastest charger manufacturers. It is hoped that the agreement with Apple will soon be reached.

Navitas GaNFast, the Gallium Nitride technology is used in many popular fast chargers available in the global market. But Apple has stopped offering chargers with iPhones.
