Passengers flying on Air India’s International flights can now expect a new menu

Mumbai: From now on, Air India’s international flights from India will serve the best food. Taking into account the passengers’ feedback, the food available in the leading restaurants will be available here. Air India has revamped its food and beverage menu, which now includes vegetarian options for first-class and business-class passengers. It is expected that all classes will see improvements in breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

According to Air India, the food menu has been revised based on passenger feedback, with healthy food at the forefront. According to Sandeep Verma, Head of Inflight Services at Air India, the new menu has been carefully designed to include contemporary, delicious, and nutritious options. Air India desires that its guests enjoy food and beverages just like in their favourite restaurants.

Seekh Kebab, Thai Red Curry with Tofu, Vegetables, Broccoli, Millet Steak, Lemon Semiya Upma, Medu Vada, and Masala Oothappam are among the vegetarian meal options offered by Air India.

Mushroom Scrambled Egg, Turmeric Omelette, Mixed Vegetable Porotta, Achari Paneer, Emmental Sandwich in Multigrain Bread Fennel Cream Sauce Fried Prawns, Kofta, Classic Chilli Chicken, Chicken Chettinad, Baked Fish with Almonds and Garlic Crust, Masala Dal, Brown Served on board will be a mix of fusion dishes and classics, ranging from rice pudding, roasted tomato and bocconcini caprese with olives and pesto.

Mango Passionfruit Delight, Quinoa Orange Kheer, Espresso Almond Crumble Mousse Cake, Khajoor Tukda with Kesar Phirni, Single Origin Chocolate Slice, Chum-Chum Sandwich with Blueberry Sauce, and seasonal fruits are among the desserts available.

The bar menu features Laurent-Perrier La Cuvée Brut Champagne and grape wines from northern Italy’s Château de l’Hestrange, Les Oliviers, Château Millon, and the Piedmont region. Apart from this, premium whisky brands, gin, vodka, and beers are also available. Virgin Mary, California orange, apple spritzer, and juices are among the mocktails.

Hot beverage enthusiasts can also enjoy brewed coffee (the classic coffee blend and cappuccino) and tea (assam, green, earl grey, and masala).
