Source Civil to Expand Workforce by 50, Bringing Total to Over 270 in Next Year
Dublin: Donegal-based civil engineering firm Source Civil has announced plans to expand its workforce by 50, bringing the total to over 270 within the next year. The announcement was made during the official opening of its new €10 million office and warehousing facility at Lurganboy, Donegal town, which will support the company’s international operations across Germany, Holland, France, and the UK.
Managing Director Enda Healy emphasised the company’s goal of evolving from an SME into a global brand, ensuring a sustainable future for its staff. The expansion, backed by Enterprise Ireland, highlights efforts to enhance innovation, competitiveness, and export growth. Minister Dara Calleary praised the expansion as a significant boost for the region’s economy.
