Joulica, an analytics firm, has unveiled ambitious plans to create 40 new jobs in Galway. These employment opportunities are set to be rolled out over the next three years, spanning various functions within the company, including product development, sales and marketing, and customer success.

This expansion will bolster Joulica’s workforce to a total of 70 employees. The company specialises in providing valuable insights to enhance customer experiences and streamline internal operations. Collaborating with technology giants like Amazon, Joulica focuses on breaking down data silos and optimising the overall customer experience.

Minister for Enterprise, Trade, and Employment, Simon Coveney, expressed enthusiasm for the company’s growth prospects, noting Joulica’s well-established reputation for delivering exceptional service to its customers. He also commended Joulica for its recent successful funding round, led by Elkstone Partners and supported by Enterprise Ireland. Coveney emphasised that this funding will play a pivotal role in supporting Joulica’s substantial expansion plans and global ambitions.

Joulica’s CEO, Tony McCormack, shared his excitement about the expansion, highlighting that it will accelerate product development, facilitate the growth of their customer base and partnerships, attract top-tier talent, and advance their mission of enabling organisations to provide superior customer experiences through real-time analytics.
