Covid expansion in Britain; 36,804 cases in a single day, the highest daily increase

London: Covid cases are on the rise in the UK after a new variant of Covid was reported.

On Tuesday alone, Covid was confirmed in 36,804 people in the UK. This is the highest daily increase ever confirmed. This brings the total number of Covid victims in the country to 2,110,314.

In the last 28 days, 691 people have died of Covid in Britain. This brings the total number of Covid deaths to 68,307. However, unofficial reports indicate that the death toll in Britain has risen to 84,000.

The new variant of Covid, which has been widely confirmed in the south east of Britain and in London, has led to a sharp rise in Covid spread. The spread of the genetically modified virus has closed many doors to Britain.

Health experts have found that a new variant of Covid is spreading rapidly. Professor Robert Dingwall, a committee member of The New and Emerging Respiratory Threats Advisory Group (Nervtag), said the new virus was causing more infections in the nose and mouth, which could lead to severe respiratory failure.

The latest figures show that Covid confirms 1,000 out of a million people in 12 localities in the UK.

Three of the areas are in Wales: Merthyr Tydfil, where the rate is currently 1,336.1 – the highest anywhere in the UK; Bridgend, where the rate is 1,145.9; and Blaenau Gwent, where the rate is 1,002.

The other nine areas are in England: Thurrock (1,257.3), Havering (1,190.9), Epping Forest (1,146.6), Brentwood (1,095.8), Basildon (1,080.1), Medway (1,054.4), Rochford (1,041.6), Redbridge (1,040.6) and Castle Point (1,011.3).
