Elon Musk permits Twitter employees to work from home, but…

New York:  It appears that Elon Musk is reconsidering his previous decision not to allow work from home. His latest announcement is that employees who are unable to come to the office can work from home. Musk’s words of comfort came in response to a tweet from a staff member who described difficulties with coming to work.

According to reports, Musk instructed his employees to stop work from home. The response was that employees should work at least 40 hours per week, and there was news that the decision would be implemented soon.

“I’ve been told to return to the office, but I can’t.” I am currently in the midst of a housing crisis. This decision has caused me a great deal of stress and uncertainty in my life. I can’t do anything. Musk can’t understand this. Because he doesn’t know anything about this. “It’s impossible to travel to Dublin so quickly,” Dublin staff posted on Twitter.

“Employees will not be ordered to return to work, which is wrong,” Elon Musk responded. Those who are able to attend the office should do so. Those who are unable to leave or have personal needs should remain at home. Musk, on the other hand, stated that the relevant managers must ensure operational excellence.
