Experts warn that corona-virus should not be taken lightly and, by the end of the year, could kill 1.9M people globally

Dublin: U.S health experts say Covid’s death toll would alarm European countries, including Ireland and the rest of the world. The corona virus is expected to kill 1.9 million people worldwide by the end of the year.

Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation (IHME) at the University of Washington’s School of Medicine predicts that Europe will face a “deadly December”.

According to the Department of Health, 231 new cases of Covid-19 were registered in Ireland yesterday, with more than half of them in Dublin, 133 cases.

The new report comes as government sources urge people in the capital to limit their social interaction as much as possible.

In the US, the Middle East, and Europe, Covid will have a deadly harvest in December, with an estimated 30,000 deaths each. The total death toll on January 1 is expected to reach 2.8 million.

The daily death toll in December could be as high as 30,000. However, experts point out that wearing face masks and maintaining physical distance can save 770,000 lives worldwide through proven Covid preventive measures.

The pandemic will deal a deadly blow in Europe, the Middle East and the United States. This is scary but true. The evidence provided by science is clear and undeniable.

The spread of the virus can be prevented by wearing face mask, keeping social distance and limiting social gatherings. These figures are based on scientific analysis based on clear evidence.

The Northern Hemisphere is estimated to have a seasonal increase in Covid-19 cases. Seasonal patterns similar to Covid-19 pneumonia follow. If this relationship continues, more Covid cases can be expected in the coming months for the Northern countries in the winter.

As winter approaches, people in the Northern Hemisphere need to be especially vigilant. Because like pneumonia the corona virus spreads more in cold climates. The IHME Director Dr. Christopher Murray said, we have to save ourselves.

It has been scientifically proven that maintaining social distance, wearing face masks, and abstaining from associations can effectively prevent Covid. Therefore, it is important for each individual to take these precautions to ensure their safety.
