Dublin: For the first time in Ireland, the services of Indian solicitors are now available. The new solicitors firm located in Dublin is launched by Luis Kennedy, an US based company which has the legacy of a decade.

In addition to English Louis Kennedy Solicitors offers services in Indian languages such as Malayalam, Hindi, and Tamil. These services are essential because, the existing legal professionals at the local levels are being paid huge sums for cases, but they are not able to come up with solutions considering a variety of cultural background.

Louis Kennedy, the principal solicitor general, said that the company would handle the process of bringing parents and dependence of the expats to Ireland in accordance with European immigration laws with at most care and responsibility.

Louis Kennedy Solicitors has launched all services to provide expert legal advice to clients, including employment issues, buying and selling of homes, and assisting clients in ensuring legal transparency and accuracy in commercial lease transactions.

The plan is to launch a section soon to provide services related to family law, personal injury and traffic offences. The service has already started in the areas of preparation of contracts and preparation of notice for clients.

It is considered that the introduction of the new solicitor’s firm will provide an easy solution to many of the legal problems faced by the Indian community.
