Higher Education Minister Simon Harris has unveiled plans for this ambitious endeavour, which will see partnerships with the European Investment Bank and the Housing Finance Agency.

The European Investment Bank is contributing €200 million over a span of 40 years for this groundbreaking initiative. The project aims to promote the use of more cost-effective energy sources within residential facilities and the revitalization of existing structures.
