Met Eireann warns of extreme cold in Ireland in the coming days

Met Eireann warns of extreme cold in Ireland next week as part of ‘Cold Polar Maritime Airmass’ experience.

As part of the Polar Airmass phenomenon, the surface of Ireland will experience minus 32 degrees at an altitude of 5.5 km.

Strong winds, rain, lightning and hail are likely in many parts of the country as part of this particular climate.

The maximum temperature during the day is 9 to 11 degrees. But at night it drops to minus one degree.

According to Met Eireann, the weather in Ireland will be between 8 and 11 degrees Celsius on Friday.

Meanwhile, the northern parts of the country will experience clear weather on Friday but the southern region will be cloudy.

During the day, there will be daytime rains in the southern region. The maximum temperature is 7 to 12 degrees.
