Nandini Dairy of Karnataka Sponsors Ireland Cricket Team for T20 World Cup

Dublin: Nandini, the prominent dairy brand of the Karnataka Milk Federation (KMF), is set to sponsor the Ireland cricket team in their opening match of the T20 World Cup against India. The T20 Cricket World Cup 2024 will take place from June 1 to 29. Nandini, the second-largest dairy brand in India, confirmed that this sponsorship marks their first foray into cricket sponsorship as part of their efforts to promote the Nandini brand on a global scale.

Ireland will compete in Group A alongside India, USA, Canada, and Pakistan. Andrew May, Finance Director of Cricket Ireland, expressed his delight at the new partnership, stating, “We are thrilled to have the Karnataka Milk Federation as our new partner. This support provides a significant boost for Irish cricket, helping to elevate the sport in our country. We extend our sincere thanks to M.K. Jagadish and the KMF team.”

M.K. Jagadish, Managing Director of KMF, highlighted the company’s ongoing commitment to providing nutritious and high-quality dairy products. “Our involvement with the Ireland team will gain international visibility through the Nandini logo on the front of the Irish jersey. This is a very proud moment for us. We wish Ireland the best of luck in their World Cup campaign,” he said.
