World’s most venomous snake has been found in Offaly; It is concluded that the snake came from India

Yesterday, nine-year – old Fionn Kilmurray found a snake in the garden behind his house in Offaly, concluded of being one of the most venomous reptiles in the world.

The most interesting thing is that it came from India. Experts have discovered that the snake came to Ireland on a consignment of stone brought from India for decoration.

This highly venomous species has been found for the first time in Ireland. News about this snake has gone viral in Ireland, which is known as a snake-free country.

It was during lunch that the son informed his mother of this strange discovery.

The nine-year-old was standing in front of the poisonous snake when he asked his mother, Aoife Kilmurray, to come out and look. Aoife said she did not know it was so dangerous.

She contacted the National Reptile Zoo to find out what to do. The instruction was to keep it in a box until someone arrives from there. It was when the expert came and checked, the family came to know that they were protecting a highly poisonous snake.

James Hennessy, director of the National Reptile Zoo, said he was understood from the photos of the snake sent by Aoife that the snake was very dangerous.

It is believed that the venomous snake reached Ireland through rocks from India. Hennessy said it was convinced of the need to be more vigilant in such consignments.

The snake was taken to the zoo in Kilkenny. He said it would be sent to a UK research center that conduct anti-venom research.

Meanwhile, Fionn Kilmurray is excited to show his classmates the photographs of the snake in his garden.
