Trump Declares Victory Over Iran

Donald Trump has claimed that the United States has effectively defeated Iran in the ongoing conflict, asserting that key military objectives have been achieved.

In a series of remarks, Trump stated that Iran’s naval capabilities had been destroyed and that the threat posed by the country to both the United States and global security had been neutralised through American intervention.

He further indicated that the coming weeks would be critical, suggesting that the US intends to intensify pressure on Iran. Trump warned that unless an agreement is reached, additional strikes could target critical infrastructure, including power facilities.

Framing the conflict as a matter of national security, Trump said the military action was aimed at safeguarding the future of American citizens and preventing Iran from developing nuclear weapons.

The president also criticised other countries for what he described as a lack of response to tensions surrounding the Strait of Hormuz, urging stronger international action.

Trump added that Iran’s missile capabilities would be significantly diminished, claiming that only a limited number of missiles would remain operational following US actions.
