Dublin Bus is Waiting for Drivers

Dublin’s public transport service is recruiting bus drivers. The package includes certain decent benefits for the new drivers.

Dublin Bus said that they are looking for candidate to operate the busses safely and efficiently.

Per week they will get a starting salary of €632.05 with 4-days week inclusive of shift and Sunday premium, and the salary could extend up to €859.62with 5 days week inclusive of shift and Sunday premium.

After the probationary period, which is of 12 months, drivers can benefit some brilliant offers like the company’s pension scheme or a PRSA pension scheme, free bus travel, concessionary rail travel, etc.

The company demands some criteria for the applicants. The B license applicants must have a valid driving license Category B (for a minimum of 2 years) without any endorsements. The applicants must also carry a valid D license Learner Permit and a valid CPC Bus Case Study sheet.

The D License applicants must be having full category Irish D license, up to date valid driver qualification card, category D (CPC card) and an up-to-date copy from the online CPC Driver Portals as a proof for your CPC.

Dublin Bus is also looking for people with brilliant interpersonal skills and fluency in English language (written and spoken). Their selection will be based on the outcomes of their tests and a pre-employment medical examination.
