Tributes have been paid following the death of Indian nurse in Ireland
Tullamore: Devi Prabha (38), a native of Kottayam Pampadi, an Indian nurse at Port Laoise Hospital, passed away. She was admitted to Tullamore Hospital due to sepsis. Deviprabha, who was receiving treatment at I.C.U, died as a result of cardiac arrest.
Portlish12 Ard Branagh, Sriraj’s wife Deviprabha is a mother of two girls. The children are Shivani and Vani.
Deviprabha and her family moved from Birr to Port Laoise two years ago after getting an appointment at Port Laoise Hospital. Deviprabha, who took part in the Port Laoise Onam celebrations, was admitted to Port Laoise Hospital a week ago due to illness. Because the exact cause of her illness could not be determined, she was transferred to Tullamore General Hospital. The cause of the disease could not be found here either.
She died unexpectedly while undergoing treatment on the ventilator. The body will be returned to home later, and plans will be made for a public viewing.
A prayer service has been organised at the deceased’s home in Port Laoise by the Satgamaya Satsangh.
It has been decided to hold the funeral rites in her native place. More information later.
